In Game Description
As a Herbalist, you are able to pick herbs without causing damage to them in the process. As you become more skilled in Herbalism, the number of herbs you may pick increases. By typing assess, you can see which herbs grow in your present location. To pick them type pick <herb name>.
To help control herb growth, the herbalist may also plant herbs. The terrain of the location will affect the herb growth however, and each herb reacts to the various terrains in a different way. To plant a herb type plant <herb name>.
Once picked, one may eat or apply a herb. Applying a herb causes you to rub the herb into your skin, which may well give you a different affect to consuming it. To apply a herb type apply <herb name>.
You are also able to extract toxins from animal corpses, by use of a glass syrine. To find the animal you need to extract the toxin you are interested in, type the toxin name on its own, and you will be given a description of where you might find it. Then you must simply wield a syrine, find the animal corpse and extract <toxin> from <corpse>. The contents of the syrine may then be put into a larger container, so that you can drink the toxin...
