Located in the southeastern grasslands of Occid, Vagla is the home of and capital city of the Goblins.
It is a sprawling coastal city with small buildings clustered together, and rumours are that beneath the city are many tunnels which the goblin people use to travel around the world.
Vagla has a reputation amongst the common people as being a nest of pirates and thieves, and a ship flying the vaglan flag may be worth avoiding.
