In Game Description

A skilled brawler can use anything and everything to give them an advantage during a fight; The honour of a knight has no place in a bar brawl, and that's where the abilities of Brawling give you an edge.

You will usually find that a master of this skill will be drunk, and this seems to enhance their skills - A sober brawler is only half the man or woman they are when intoxicated.

If you want to increase the amount of damage you're doing while brawling, downing some alcohol will have an immediate and significant effect.

Many abilities in Brawling are situational, working better in the right circumstances, with surprised, held or off balance opponents often suffering harsher consequences when they fall victim to the brawler's tricks.
