On the 2nd day of the 6th week of Dreamlong in the year 1578 AF an earthquake resounded throughout the realms, heralding the wake of Dynael, the Great Silver Dragon. As it was foretold in ancient texts, the Great Silver Dragon would one day awake from slumber, to bring divine judgement upon the realms. Created as the Creator's eyes, Dynael surveyed the lands of Elysium only to find them lacking. Finding the Creator-sent gods Zharadan & Alaric overpowered by self-proclaimed Gods, Dynael then transfuses his divine power into the body of Arquazar Hyral, which in turn transforms her into a Goddess. During the brief moment of transfusion in which Dynael and Arquazar were linked, divine contact was established with the Creator. His will was revealed to Arquazar in this communion, and she was renamed by the Creator as Velarq, Spinner of Fate. Velarq's intentions and goals are unknown, even to the gods of Elysium. Claiming to be neutral, the spinner of Fate is neither good, nor evil. Shrouded in mystery, the Order of Fate is only open to a chosen few. The order acts as the hand of Fate to bring balance to the realms.
