Thul'mar

The capital city of the Specter people, Thul'Mar can be found in the northeast of the continent of Orien. Technically a port city, Thul'Mar's mountainous coast is difficult to reach, so most visitors arrive via the port at Olbaron and walk to the city.

The city hosts a number of interesting features, including the great Arena.

A number of guilds are based in the city, including the Alchemist's Guild.
