Chief Judge

The Minister of Justice of any of the nine capital cities of Elysium are able to appoint a Chief Judge to assist them in their role.

Chief Judges can issue and rescind eviction notices for tenancies in their cities, open or close the city gates or declare individuals as city enemies, as well as appointing an Assistant Judge.
