Master Chakei Feizakei

This is Master Chakei of the Feizakei family, an influential family from the northern polaris city of Ketarin, a small human city. Master Chakei is dressed in humble cloth robes, and wears a leather headband around his forehead. His skin looks very rough and cracked, as if it has been exposed to a great amount of heat in the past.
