Ruk'tan

The city of Ruk'tan is located in the southwestern plains of Occid and is home to the Orc people.

Due to the general primitive nature of the orcs, the city itself is a collection of shacks and small stone buildings, but it also boasts a set of docks and dockyards, as well as a market area and all the amenities you'd expect to find in any capital city in Elysium.
